Maria and John Silk's wedding in Paphos

John and Maria held their wedding in Paphos at the Cynthiana Hotel. Their wedding was all planned for them by Paula at Cyprus Wedding Belles. This couple, I believe were possibly my maddest couple of the year. Their wedding was all about family, and on a very windy pier we had a lovely blessing. After some family photos we had cocktails at the beach bar before dinner in the fabulous gazebo overlooking the sea. This is where this day started to get slightly mad. Maria had decided that she wanted a trash the dress shoot, but one with a slight difference, so after some lovely sunset photos and then some photos in the waves Maria and John literally took the plunge. It was a lovely day, congratulations Mr and Mrs Silk. You can see their slideshow here

Hayley and John's wedding in Paphos

This wedding is proof positive that you don't need lots of guests and lots of stuff to have a beautiful, meaningful, fun wedding, filled with lots of emotion, you don't even need a groom who likes having his photo taken or a sun at sunset to get some lovely photos. What does help is to have a great planner, in this case Paula, from Cyprus Wedding Belles, an excited bride and a beautiful setting, such as the Almyra hotel. John and Hayley got married in secret, only Paula and I (and obviously the hotel) knew about it. I love being a part of something secret like this, and we were their witnesses too. We met up with them in their room beforehand and tried to keep Hayley calm. We had a lovely intimate ceremony on top of the Kyma Suites before I took them off for some photos all around the hotel. They had a gorgeous sunset dinner overlooking the sea, again from their suite. It was a fabulous wedding and a priveledge to be a part of it. Congratulations Mr and Mrs Buerdsell. Melissa and Gary's wedding in Paphos

I have so been looking forward to sharing this wedding day with you. Melissa was my biggest diva of the year, and Gary I think may be the most patient man in the world. (I know she won't mind me saying this). When I went to their villa beforehand, everything was a little stressed, but Mellissa was looking gorgeous. We got lots of lovely photos before we all made our way upto Pegeia town hall for their ceremony. Melissa and Gary looked so happy when they were married, it was lovely to see. After a few group photos and then some great photos of Gary and Melissa I took them to the beach whilst everyone else made their way to the Windmill restaurant where Nancy took very good care of them. We ate some gorgeous food and had some of their wonderful cake, that was made for by Jackie and Jo at Love Island Cakes. I took them to a different beach for sunset and then I left them to party. A couple of days later we did a Trash the Dress/Underwater shoot. Melissa had this dream of being the little mermaid, which we managed to achieve. What a great couple, what a lovely day and what a fabulous watery photo shoot. Congratulations Mr and Mrs Bannerman. You can see their slideshow here

The wedding on the Sea Star of Pete and Leanne Jukes

Pete and Leanne held their wedding in Cyprus onboard the Sea Star Yacht, in Paphos harbour. I met with Leanne in her room as she was getting ready with her girls. We got some lovely photos before I went to the yacht to meet up with Pete and all of their guests. After their ceremony we all made our way to the fort for some group photos and we met up with the pelican (yes I really said pelican) and Pete fed him (as you do!!!). We came back to the yacht for some champagne and cake cutting before some fabulous speeches. We sailed and then we came back to the beach for some gorgeous sunset photos. Congratulations Mr and Mrs Jukes. You can see their slideshow on my facebook page

The wedding in Cyprus of Bex and Adam Toye

Bex and Adam held their wedding in Cyprus at the Elias Beach Hotel in Limassol. Bex and Adam are a great fun couple and their day was full of fun, helped along by their slightly barmy friends and family. After getting some lovely photos of Bex beforehand, we made the long walk down the pier to meet Adam for the ceremony. We took lots of groups and then came upto the bar for some delicious cake and cocktails. Bex had decided that she wanted a trash the dress shoot, so we got Adam involved as well and got some gorgeous photos of them rolling around in the waves. After speeches and dinner, the party really started. Congratulations Mr and Mrs Toye, and thankyou for a great day xx
